Every fall the Pagan community of Kansas City has pulled together to raise food for Harvesters in a show of solidarity. With no Pagan Pride day, but a vast amount of need - Gaia Community is hosting this fundraiser for two purposes. First - becase every $1 you donate helps Harvesters provide up to 3 meals and everyone needs to eat. Second, our community patron for the year is Hermes, who among other things helps the souls of the dead transition to the next world. As part of our Samhain ritual presented in the ADF format this year, for every meal donated to Harvesters, we will create a symbolic Obol to be offered to the well to aid the many souls in transition this year in addition to helping feed the living. Whether you're offering from a place of spiritual solidarity, or simply to fight hunger. Thank you - and may your blessings increase.
